Appointment Setter — Warm Leads Only, No Cold Calling (Night Shift)

READ THIS FIRST: THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT. We are in Toronto, Canada and you will be calling Canadian business owners, so the work runs on Canadian business hours. In Manila that means roughly 9 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday. This is normal in this market and plenty of people prefer it — but if it is not for you, please don't apply. We would much rather you tell us now than discover it in week two. YOU ARE NOT COLD CALLING This is the part most setter jobs oversell, so read it carefully. We have 532 business owners who have ALREADY REPLIED to us. Not scraped, not purchased. 55 of them replied positively within the last 30 days. Your job is to call people who already raised their hand and book them onto a 30-minute discovery call with the owner. You will never be handed a purchased list. WHAT WE DO A small Canadian agency. We build websites, run Google Business Profiles and generate leads for local trades and restaurants — contractors, epoxy installers, renovators, restaurants. Real businesses with real phone numbers. WHAT YOU'D ACTUALLY DO - Work a pre-tiered call list, hottest leads first — the tiering is already built for you - Open naturally, qualify enough to justify a call, handle the usual objections - Book the call correctly in GoHighLevel - Leave a short intel note on every prospect so the owner walks in informed - Send a short daily report at the end of your block Realistic volume is about 30 dials and 1-2 bookings a day. Two is a good day, one is normal, three is exceptional. We will not ask you to hit a number that the block does not contain. YOU ARE NEVER GUESSING There is a written curriculum, a click-by-click dialer runbook, recorded video walkthroughs, and a live training hour with the owner every day inside your paid block. WHAT WE NEED - Clear, confident spoken English — you are talking to Canadian business owners - You can take a "no" without it ruining your night, and dial the next one - Reliable laptop, stable wired internet, noise-cancelling headset with mic, quiet room - Genuinely fine with the night shift Sales experience helps but is not required. We have trained a setter from zero before. PAY - $7.00 USD/hour, 3 hrs/day Monday-Friday, 15 hrs/week - Plus a $20 USD bonus for every discovery call that shows up - Plus a $100 USD bonus for every client that closes - Bonuses are paid through Upwork's bonus feature on the same weekly cycle - Hours tracked through Upwork's tracker A realistic month at 8 shows and 1 close is about $715 USD. The commission is uncapped — we would rather pay you more because you booked more. This is a part-time seat at 15 hours a week. We are not advertising it as something that becomes full time, because right now it isn't. We intend to move to direct contracting after the trial period, in compliance with Upwork's terms.
