Appointment Setter - Warm Leads, Phone-Based Booking (Ecommerce/Agency)

GrowMyMail is a Klaviyo-focused retention marketing agency for 7-8 figure Shopify/ecommerce brands. We're growing fast and need someone to own the last mile of our outbound: turning warm leads into booked, qualified sales calls. What you'll own - Booking rate - you own the number of warm leads that convert into qualified appointments, booked and shown. That means owning the full loop: replying fast, nurturing leads that don't book on first touch, and following up with booked leads to make sure they actually show. - Speed to reply - respond to inbound interest and outbound replies within 5 minutes; this is the single biggest lever on your booking rate, so it's tracked and rewarded separately. - Leads are provided for you (from our list-building process) - your job starts once a prospect replies, so you are working with warm leads What we're looking for - American/European accent - a big advantage - Real experience booking or setting appointments over the phone - confident, clear, and comfortable qualifying prospects live - Fast, disciplined follow-up habits (we track and reward speed-to-reply within the first 5 minutes) - Resilient - comfortable with a high-volume, high-rejection environment - Proactive - won’t wait to be told what to do and will do anything they can to get the lead on the calendar - Hungry - will give ideas on how to improve the process to get even more leads - Bonus: exposure to ecommerce, agency, or B2B SaaS sales motions Compensation Symbolic agreed base for being available and responsive throughout the day (weekends included) - $200/mo. Majority of compensation is performance-based, designed to reward speed and results: +$2 per lead replied (expect 20-30 leads/mo) +$3 bonus for every lead replied to within 5 minutes / +$1 for leads replied to within 5-10m +$20 per qualified appointment booked and shown +$200 bonus for every appointment that closes into a client Rate bonus (highest tier only, not stacked): 33%+ booking rate → +$100 36%+ booking rate → +$150 40%+ booking rate → +$350 KPIs - Reply to 80%+ of leads within 5 minutes - Available 10am–10pm CET (weekends included) - Booking rate of 30%+ Expected leads per month: 20-30+ (we are comfortable scaling this once you stabilise booking rate to around 35% of leads generated) Average time spent per lead, per day: 5m Realistic expectation of business per day: 2-3h/day to follow up with all leads + availability throughout the day to reply to new leads and book them for an appointment within 5m Realistic expectation about compensation: $500-800/mo depending on bonuses and your performance This is a real earnings ceiling, not a cap - the more leads you book, the more you make.
