Our solutions help companies identify vulnerabilities, harden their infrastructure, and stay ahead of modern threats. We're looking for a motivated, self-directed appointment setter to help us grow our pipeline — and we're willing to pay well for results. This is a 100% performance-based role. You earn for every qualified meeting where all parties attend. No base, no fluff — just clean, fair pay for outcomes. What you'll do Independently generate and source your own prospect lists targeting decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, CTOs, VPs of IT) at medium-to-enterprise organizations. Qualify leads to confirm they meet our ideal customer profile before scheduling — no cold dumps onto the calendar. Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or other outbound channels of your choice using your own tools and infrastructure. Coordinate and schedule discovery calls directly onto our calendar. Manage all follow-up touchpoints to confirm attendance and ensure both parties are prepared and present for the meeting. Track and report on outreach activity, lead quality, and meeting outcomes. What a qualified appointment looks like The prospect is a decision-maker or influencer at a company with 100+ employees. The organization has a relevant need or expressed interest in cybersecurity services. The meeting is attended by both the prospect and our team — confirmed and completed. The lead has been pre-qualified (not cold-scheduled without vetting). You bring your own Email marketing and outreach platform (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar). Prospecting tools or contact databases (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). CRM or tracking system to manage your pipeline and communication history. Proven process for qualifying B2B leads in a professional services context. Compensation Pay structure Fixed fee per successfully completed qualified meeting Payment is released after the meeting concludes with all parties in attendance. Rate negotiable based on experience and lead quality. You're a great fit if you Have prior experience setting B2B appointments in tech, SaaS, or professional services. Understand the cybersecurity or IT buyer landscape — or are willing to learn quickly. Are resourceful, proactive, and don't need hand-holding to generate pipeline. Communicate clearly and professionally in written English. Can demonstrate a history of confirmed, attended meetings from past roles or contracts.
