Appointment Setter for Life Insurance Agency

We are a rapidly growing life insurance agency in the United States looking for a highly motivated appointment setter to contact aged leads and schedule appointments for our licensed agents. Your primary responsibility is to reconnect with leads, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to leads from our CRM * Send follow-up text messages when appropriate * Schedule appointments directly on agent calendars * Update lead notes and dispositions * Confirm upcoming appointments Requirements: * Excellent spoken English * Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience * Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment * Positive attitude and strong communication skills * Ability to work during U.S. business hours
