Appointment Setter for Marketing Agency

We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven Appointment Setter to join Hype Marketing House. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating conversations, building rapport, and booking qualified calls for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable reaching out to prospects through phone and email. You’ll help turn initial interest into scheduled meetings and support the growth of our client pipeline. What You'll Do: Send a minimum of 100 outbound messages daily across assigned platforms Qualify leads and book appointments for closers Track outreach activity and report results Maintain a professional, on-brand tone in all communications What We're Looking For: Strong written communication skills Self-motivated — no micromanaging, just results Consistent and reliable with daily messaging targets Prior sales or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required Compensation: 3% commission on every closed transaction you set Uncapped earning potential — the more you book, the more you earn No base salary; this is a performance-based role To Apply: Send a brief message introducing yourself and why you'd be a great fit.
