Appointment Setter/ VA for Property Management Company

We are a multifamily property management group looking for a reliable, personable remote team member to handle phone communications for several of our apartment communities. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from prospective residents in a professional, friendly manner Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest in our communities Learn each community's details (floor plans, pricing, amenities, availability, location) so you can confidently answer prospect questions Schedule tours for prospects with the on-site leasing teams Log calls and prospect information accurately Provide administrative support to members of the corporate team as needed (light data entry, follow-ups, scheduling, etc.) Requirements: Excellent spoken English and a warm, professional phone presence Strong sales/customer service instincts — comfortable guiding a conversation toward booking a tour Organized and detail-oriented; able to keep track of multiple communities at once Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Availability during U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred) Prior experience in leasing, call center, customer service, or virtual assistant work is a plus
