High-Ticket Appointment Setter for Real Estate Coaching Program We’re looking for a motivated setter to book qualified sales calls for our Rentals Made Easy Mastermind — a high-ticket coaching program that teaches people to buy 1–3 rental properties per month. You’ll: - Follow up with warm leads via text, DM, phone & email - Qualify prospects using our proven scripts - Book calls directly into our closer’s calendar - Track activity & hit weekly booking goals You are: - Experienced in appointment setting or SDR work (high-ticket preferred) - Confident on the phone & in writing - Organized, coachable, and hungry to hit targets - Base + performance bonuses — long-term role for the right fit. About us: We run Rentals Made Easy, a coaching program that helps people buy 1–3 rental properties per month using the BRRRR method (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) We work with motivated, aspiring, and experienced real estate investors who are ready to take action and buy their first or next deal within the next 30-60 days. Our team thrives on clear communication, proven processes, and hitting ambitious goals. Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-performing appointment setter to fill our sales calendar with qualified prospects. You’ll connect with warm leads (from ads, livestreams, social media, and referrals), qualify them using our scripts, and get them excited to book a call with our closer. Responsibilities: - Follow up with warm leads via text, DM, phone, and email to qualify them and book sales calls. - Use our proven scripts while still sounding natural and engaging. - Track all interactions and bookings in our CRM (GoHighLevel). - Hit daily and weekly call booking targets. - Communicate with the sales team on lead quality, common objections, and wins. - Follow up persistently until you get a yes or no. Skills & Qualifications - 1+ year of appointment setting experience (high-ticket preferred). - Experience booking calls for coaching programs, masterminds, or other high-ticket offers. - Strong written and spoken English. - Comfortable on the phone, texting, and in DMs. - Organized and able to manage a high volume of follow-ups. - Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a plus. - Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus (glossary will be provided for your reference) KPIs / Expectations: - Book targeted number of qualified calls per week (we’ll set targets based on lead flow). - Maintain show-up rates above targeted percentage - Respond to all new leads within 15 minutes–1 hour during your working hours. - Log all activity in the CRM daily. Tools We Use: - GoHighLevel (CRM & automations) - Third-party messaging services for team communication Work Style; - We value fast communication, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of your numbers. - We work best with team members who are resourceful, coachable, and goal-driven. - This is a remote position with flexible hours, but you must be available during US business hours for follow-ups. Compensation: - Hourly base + performance bonuses for hitting/exceeding booking goals. - Long-term role for the right person.
