Appointment Setter

Summary We are hiring a motivated Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier to support our sales team. Your role is to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and book meetings for sales reps. This is a fully remote position focused on generating qualified appointments. Responsibilities: -Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients -Ask questions to identify decision-makers and qualify leads -Schedule appointments for the sales team -Update CRM with accurate call notes and activities -Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and reduce no- shows -Represent the company professionally on every call Requirements: -2+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation -Ability to handle 250+ outbound calls per day -Strong communication and confident phone presence -Good at building rapport quickly -Organized with CRM and scheduling tools -Self-motivated and able to work remotely -Reliable internet and quiet workspace Working Hours: -Full-time role, hourly range for the US only will be 30-45$ -Must be available during CST (Central Standard Time) business hours -9.5 hours per day (CST time zone) Why Join Us?
