APPOINTMENT SETTER — Your Launchpad Remote | Hourly + Performance Pay We provide website design, CRM setup, and marketing services to small businesses. We need someone to fill our calendar with qualified prospects daily. Your pay is based on what you produce each week. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Cold call, DM, and email small business owners daily - Book a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week - Follow up with no-shows and reschedule same day - Log all activity in CRM and send a daily report WHAT IS A QUALIFIED LEAD A qualified lead is a small business owner or decision-maker who needs a website, CRM, or marketing help, has confirmed their appointment, and shows up to the call. If they don't show, it doesn't count. No exceptions. WEEKLY PAY TIERS Tier 1 — $5/hr — Week 1 / missed threshold Tier 2 — $10/hr — 10 show-ups OR 2 sales Tier 3 — $15/hr — 15 show-ups OR 3 sales Tier 4 — $20/hr — 20 show-ups OR 4 sales Every week resets.
