About the Role We are seeking an experienced and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and experience speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects. Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Qualify leads and identify business needs. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Update CRM records and maintain accurate notes. Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels. Meet daily and weekly activity goals. Requirements Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telemarketer, or similar role. Excellent spoken and written English. Clear, professional, and confident phone presence. Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers. Strong objection-handling and communication skills. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. Experience using CRM systems is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales or lead generation. Familiarity with cold calling and outbound prospecting. Experience scheduling appointments for high-ticket services.
