VA / Appointment Setter

We generate leads for local service businesses across the US. We need someone to call those leads and book them into our client's calendar. That's the job. No cold calling, no hunting, leads come in from Facebook ads and you call them to schedule. What you'll do - Call inbound leads as soon as they opt in (speed to lead is critical, within 10 minutes ideally) - Follow a proven script to book appointments - Update lead status in our CRM after each call - Handle basic follow-up with leads who didn't pick up Requirements - Strong English speaking skills, you are calling US customers - Available during US business hours - Reliable phone/internet setup for outbound calling - Comfortable making a high volume of calls - Organized and responsive What we provide - Full script, no guesswork - CRM access with lead info ready to go -Support from our team How this works We start with one client as a trial.
