DM Appointment Setter

Hi there! I’m a 17-year master fitness coach with a 5–employee business. We are a fun, genuine, passionate and knowledgable team of women who help women lose o 20 lbs in an 8–week time frame guaranteed. We are seeking a skilled DM appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting appointments using DMs and a strong understanding of the sales process. Your role: Experienced high-ticket DM appointment setter to guide inbound leads from ads and organic content into booking a Zoom call to learn more about, and sign up for our program. This role is about building genuine human connection that leads to booked high-ticket appointments. This role can grow into a management role as the business expands. It’s important that the person in this role understands how to hold warm, authentic conversations, while also confidently guiding people toward the next step in the scripted sales process. This is not a casual DM conversation role, rather, your role is to create connection and book qualified appointments. Responsibilities: • Responding to women who come into our DMs via Manychat sequencing from a Meta Ad or through commenting on organic content • Building trust and rapport through thoughtful, genuine conversations • Qualifying leads that are a fit through provided scripting and setter playbook/protocols • Guiding conversations toward booking Zoom consults • Support a large flow of daily conversations, manage entire inbox, and update all daily trackers with concise metrics and back-end systems. • Add to, improve and optimize current setter playbook to benefit the growth of the company. • Meet with myself and other team members 4–5x per week, eventually going down to 3x per week. • Be extremely reliable, consistent and quick to respond to both the internal team and leads coming into the DM’s. Who You’ll Be Speaking With You will primarily be connecting with women who are looking to lose weight, get super toned/fit, or a combination of both. They easily create conversations that feel: • Genuine • Warm • Curious • Supportive …while also building authority in the fitness space, and confidently guiding the interaction toward booking an appointment. The ideal candidate also has thick skin, again, this is a sales environment. Experience and Skills Required: ✔ Proven experience with appointment setting ✔ Experience in high-ticket sales environments ✔ Masterful understanding of how Instagram works ✔ Understanding of how TikTok works is a plus ✔ Strong emotional intelligence and empathy in conversations ✔ Being able to take constructive feedback and implement on the same day ✔ Experience with tracking performance daily with numerous metrics Experience working within the fitness, health, wellness and/or weight loss space is a plus but not required. Compensation: This role has both a base pay and commission structure. Schedule: • 10–12 hours per day • # of days per week: This role will either be part-time or full-time, it has not been decided if we are hiring 1, 2 or 3 setters yet.
