Appointment setting / marketing. for janitorial company

If you are a honest, hard working, self disciplined individual who is looking for a long term position, than this is the opportunity for you. Looking for someone who can: - Execute 1 - 20 genuine appointments per month ($100 per appointment) for janitorial company in business for over 27 years. MD, DC, and VA of USA. -Appointments must be made through out the week, they can not all be made at the end of the month. - Be organized and maintain a call log in Google Sheets online that needs to be submitted daily. - Be able to schedule appointments -Find your own clients (just about any business within the zip codes provides, 40 mile radius of 20850). NEW! - WE DO NOT PROVIDE CALLING LISTS - Speak gapped English - A dialer will NOT be provided for this job. must have the ability to call in U.S.A. - Must be self-driven. - Appointments are unique and solely for this company and not shared/sold to other companies, otherwise you are in default and breach of contract. -Minimum size 20,000 sq ft, 5 days per week. . Anything under that size if accepted will be paid at $50 per appointment. No mom and pop business (small 1k-3k sq ft stores). -Genuine appointments are appointments that the customer wants us to come out and give them a bid because they are unhappy with their current company, need a company, or the contract is up for bid. -None genuine appointment i- NO "mercy", appointments......." please give us a chance/opportunity to come out to show you what we offer........" All appointments will be verified prior to going out . -Monday - Friday. Weekends off -8:30am - 3:30pm EST -Work at your own pace full or part time from anywhere in the world. $1500 bonus every six months if we close on a minimum of 10k worth of contracts that are generated from your appointments.
