Summary

Description We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Aprima Technical & Operations Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day Aprima support, troubleshooting, operational technology tasks, and general systems support for a growing healthcare revenue cycle management company. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience working inside EHR or healthcare software environments and can independently troubleshoot issues, communicate with vendors, and support staff with technical and operational needs without extensive handholding. Prior Aprima experience is strongly preferred and prioritized, so the candidate can navigate the system quickly, troubleshoot efficiently, and assist with support-related tasks with minimal ramp-up time. The workload may vary week to week, so we are looking for someone flexible who is comfortable balancing Aprima support responsibilities with broader operations and technical support tasks as needed. Scope of Work Responsibilities may include most or all of the following: Aprima / EHR Technical Support - Troubleshoot Aprima-related issues and support requests - Assist with Aprima configurations, setup adjustments, and user support - Work with vendors and support teams to resolve software/system issues and manage support cases - Help staff navigate workflow-related and system-related problems - Troubleshoot software access, login, printing, and connectivity issues - Assist with SQL/database-related tasks and network system monitoring when needed - Help ensure systems, databases, and integrations are functioning properly - Support general healthcare software troubleshooting and operational system issues - Create and update SOPs, process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge base materials - Document recurring issues, resolutions, workflows, and system setup processes for operational continuity Operations & Technical Support - Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff across multiple systems - Add/remove users and manage access permissions - Install and configure software on staff computers - Help troubleshoot workstation, software, VPN, and remote access issues - Assist with operational and administrative tech-related projects as assigned - Support leadership and operations teams with miscellaneous technical and operational tasks during slower periods - Help maintain organized system documentation and operational processes - Create and update SOPs, process documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge base materials - Document recurring issues, resolutions, workflows, and system setup processes for operational continuity Qualifications - Previous EHR or healthcare software support experience required - Prior Aprima experience strongly preferred and prioritized - Comfortable handling technical support and troubleshooting tasks independently - Experience communicating with vendors and managing support tickets/cases - Understanding of databases, SQL, system administration, or network troubleshooting preferred - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable working in fast-paced healthcare or RCM environments - Strong communication skills and professionalism required - Experience supporting remote teams preferred Technical Requirements - Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer required - Reliable high-speed internet connection required - Dual monitors preferred - Noise-canceling headset required - Quiet and professional remote workspace required - Ability to install, troubleshoot, and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously Preferred Setup - Minimum 16GB RAM recommended - SSD storage preferred for performance - Wired or fiber internet connection preferred for stability Schedule - Part-time remote role - Approximately 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM Central Time - Workload and hours may vary depending on operational and support needs We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and dependable who can take ownership of Aprima-related support tasks while also assisting with broader operational technology support when needed. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare IT, medical billing software support, RCM operations support, or healthcare systems administration are highly encouraged to apply.
