Professional Arabic Voice-Over Artist Project Overview We require a professional native Arabic voice-over artist to record six Arabic audio narrations The recordings will be used in website videos Scope of Work The selected voice artist will: • Record six Arabic voice-over scripts. • Record from the final approved Arabic translations supplied by us. • Deliver a confident, refined, and persuasive performance suitable for premium real estate marketing. • Follow the timing, paragraph breaks, emphasis points, and pronunciation guidance provided with each script. • Maintain consistent voice quality and presentation across all six recordings. • Pronounce English project names, place names, measurements, and commercial terminology clearly. • Submit clean, professionally edited recordings without background noise, distortion, excessive breathing, or room echo. Most narrations are expected to be approximately two to four minutes, although the exact duration will depend on the final approved Arabic scripts and the required delivery pace. Preferred Voice Style We are seeking a voice that sounds: • Confident and authoritative • Sophisticated and premium • Warm, trustworthy, and engaging • Persuasive without sounding aggressive • Suitable for high-value real estate and institutional investment • Natural to audiences across the Gulf and wider Arab world A neutral Gulf-friendly or internationally understandable Modern Standard Arabic delivery is preferred. The recording should not use a strong regional dialect unless agreed in advance. The pacing should be measured and cinematic, allowing investors to absorb important details while keeping the narration engaging. Technical Requirements • Professional home studio or commercial recording studio. • Broadcast-quality microphone and audio equipment. • Clean audio with no background noise or echo. • Consistent volume and tone across all files. • Audio editing, noise removal, and basic mastering included. • Separate audio file for each script. • Final delivery in high-quality WAV and MP3 formats. • WAV preference: 48 kHz, 24-bit. • Clearly named files corresponding to the six scripts. • Raw or unprocessed files to be supplied upon request. Background music is not required unless separately agreed. We primarily require clean voice-only recordings for our video editor. Deliverables 1. Six professionally recorded Arabic voice-over files. 2. Separate WAV and MP3 files for each narration. 3. Correct pronunciation of Paragon Heights Gwadar and all important project terminology. 4. Recordings aligned as closely as practical with the stated timing of each script. 5. One reasonable revision or correction round for pronunciation, missed words, or approved script adjustments. Required Qualifications • Native Arabic speaker. • Professional Arabic voice-over experience. • Strong Modern Standard Arabic pronunciation. • Previous work in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, corporate presentations, investment videos, or documentary narration. • Ability to communicate prestige, confidence, and trust. • Access to professional recording equipment. • Ability to meet delivery requirements consistently across six recordings. Audition Requirement Please record a short sample using the following style direction: “Welcome to Paragon Heights Gwadar, where strategic location, premium development, and long-term investment potential come together.” Applicants may translate and record this sentence in polished Modern Standard Arabic. The sample should be recorded in the same studio and with the same equipment that will be used for the final project.
