Arabic Creative Strategist (Direct-Response) | 5–6 Ad Concepts / Week
Worldwide
About us Tiny Bloom is a premium bamboo baby sleepwear brand serving mothers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Our hero product is a bamboo sleep bag built around one idea: the fabric a baby sleeps in affects how deeply they sleep. We sell direct-to-consumer, mostly through Meta ads, and we're scaling our paid creative. We don't sell "a nice sleep bag." We sell a mechanism — synthetic fabric traps heat → keeps a baby's system alert → shallow, broken sleep — and our product is the proof, not the pitch. If that distinction excites you, keep reading. The role We're looking for a creative strategist who can turn customer psychology into scroll-stopping ad concepts — and has the portfolio and results to prove they've done it before. You'll deliver 5–6 fresh concepts per week for our sleep bag, in Arabic (Saudi dialect / لغة بيضاء). This is a concepting and strategy role, not editing or shooting. You hand off briefs; our creators and designers execute. What a "concept" means here (this is what you deliver, per concept): The angle / entry point (e.g. material safety, brain development, mother's relief) and the awareness stage it targets A scroll-stopping hook (first 3 seconds), written in Saudi dialect A short script or visual direction — enough for a UGC creator or designer to execute without guessing One sentence on why it works — the emotion or belief it's hitting One idea per concept. We don't stack angles. You're a fit if you have: A portfolio of paid-social creative (Meta/TikTok) you actually concepted — with performance results you can speak to (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS) Native or near-native Saudi / Gulf Arabic, and the ability to write like a real mother talking to a friend — not MSA, not "smart-sounding" copy A real grasp of direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, awareness levels, pain/desire mining Experience writing for UGC / no-face formats (hands + voiceover) The instinct to write tangible and concrete, not clever Bonus points: You've worked in baby, parenting, wellness, or another emotionally-driven niche You mine competitor ad comments and customer reviews for language, not just "ideas" You understand premium positioning (we don't lead with discounts) How we work: Mechanism first, brand second Our audience knows something's wrong but hasn't named the cause — your copy names it Concrete and relatable over clever We test; be comfortable with hooks that don't land and iterate fast Deliverables & cadence: 5–6 concepts per week, in a clean copy-paste format (angle → hook → script/visual direction → rationale) Weekly async check-in; monthly review of what's winning Engagement: Weekly retainer, ongoing.
