Arabic Dialect Tester Needed for AI Interview Platform – Saudi, UAE, and Egyptian Arabic

We are looking for native Arabic speakers to help us test Arabic language support in our AI interview platform. Our platform conducts AI-led phone/video interviews with candidates. We have recently added support for Arabic and would like to test the quality, clarity, and naturalness of the experience across three dialects: 1. Saudi Arabic 2. UAE / Gulf Arabic 3. Egyptian Arabic The goal is to check whether the AI interviewer understands the dialect correctly, asks questions naturally, responds appropriately, and provides a smooth candidate experience. What You Will Do You will be asked to complete test interviews on our platform and provide structured feedback on: - Whether the AI understands your spoken Arabic dialect correctly - Whether the AI’s Arabic sounds natural and appropriate for your region - Any incorrect, awkward, or unnatural phrases - Whether follow-up questions make sense - Whether the interview flow feels smooth - Any transcription or comprehension issues - Overall candidate experience We may ask you to test more than one interview scenario depending on your availability. Ideal Candidate We are looking for native speakers of one or more of the following dialects: - Saudi Arabic - UAE / Emirati / Gulf Arabic - Egyptian Arabic You should also be comfortable speaking clearly in a recorded test interview and providing detailed written feedback in English. Prior QA/testing experience is helpful but not required. Deliverables For each test interview, we expect: - Completion of the AI interview - Written feedback on language quality, understanding, and naturalness - Notes on any issues, errors, or confusing moments - Overall rating of the experience Estimated Workload This is a small testing project to start. Each dialect test may take around 1 hour including the interview and feedback. We may continue with additional testing if the first round goes well.
