Arabic Direct Response Video Editor (E-Commerce Ads)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health & wellness niche, currently selling in Lebanon and expanding across the GCC market. We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Arabic-speaking video editor for direct response e-commerce ads. We are looking for someone serious about performance, obsessed with his/her work and that seriously wants to grow. IMPORTANT: This is NOT for cinematic editors, SaaS editors, podcast editors, generic content editors, or motion graphics-only editors. We ONLY want editors with REAL experience editing ads that SELL products on Facebook (direct response). Requirements: -Fluent Arabic speaker -Strong experience with direct response e-commerce ads -Experience editing UGC ads, VSLs, and product ads (1–5 mins) -Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion-focused editing -Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines -Coachable and able to adapt to our style (trainings will be provided) -AI EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED You MUST know how to generate: -AI UGC -Realistic AI B-roll -AI voiceovers/text-to-speech Bonus points if you have: -Health & wellness / beauty experience -VSL editing experience -GCC market experience Payment & Growth: -Paid per minute edited -Generous performance bonuses for winning creatives -Long-term opportunity with strong growth potential inside the company (can reach a senior/higher position) There will also be a short trial edit to assess your skills.
