Arabic & English Speaking Customer Support (Remote – Full Time)

We are hiring 3 remote Arabic and English Speaking Customer Support / Client Onboarding Specialists to join our growing international team in the online trading industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in a structured environment with clear processes and scripts. Please read the full description carefully before applying. 📌 About the Role You will be responsible for chat-based communication only (no phone calls), assisting new and existing clients with onboarding, basic guidance, and general support during their first stages with our services. The role is operational and process-driven. You will follow predefined scripts and internal guidelines and work closely with our support and sales team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via chat and messaging platforms using our CRM system Assist new clients with account registration and onboarding steps Explain our services and trading process clearly and professionally (no financial advice) Follow internal scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines at all times Handle multiple conversations efficiently and accurately Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality ⏰ Work Schedule (Important) Working 6 days per week (the schedule and hours will be discused during the first interview) This role requires consistency and long-term availability. ✅ Requirements Strong written and spoken Arabic and English Ability to follow instructions and scripts precisely Fast and accurate typing skills Stable internet connection and personal laptop Basic computer and CRM skills Ability to remain professional under pressure Previous customer support or sales experience is a plus, but not required ⚠️ Important Industry Disclosure (Please Read) We operate in the online trading industry, supporting clients who use CFD trading services through partnered brokers.
