We are seeking an Arabic Content Writer to create engaging LinkedIn posts for our project management and PMO services. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management or PMO to understand the content context. Responsibilities include writing and editing posts, ensuring content is engaging and informative, and aligning with our brand voice. Familiarity with LinkedIn's algorithm and audience engagement strategies is a plus. أبحث عن كاتب محتوى عربي محترف لإدارة وصياغة محتوى حسابي الشخصي في LinkedIn، بحيث يعكس خبرتي العملية في إدارة المشاريع، PMO، Project Delivery، والقطاع الحكومي والإنشائي في السعودية. المجالات التي سيتركز عليها المحتوى: * PMO والحوكمة وإدارة المحافظ والمبادرات. * متابعة المشاريع المتأخرة والمتعثرة. * تقارير المشاريع، مؤشرات الأداء، نسب الإنجاز وجودة البيانات. * إدارة المخاطر والقضايا والتغييرات. * Project Delivery والمشاريع الإنشائية. * التنسيق بين التصميم والتخطيط والتنفيذ والمشتريات. * الدروس المهنية من واقع العمل في الاستشارات والمشاريع الحكومية. * تطوير المسار المهني في إدارة المشاريع وشهادات مثل PMP. الشروط: * لغة عربية ممتازة جدًا، ويفضل فهم قوي للهجة والأسلوب المهني في السوق السعودي والخليجي. * خبرة سابقة فعلية في كتابة محتوى LinkedIn، وليست فقط مقالات أو محتوى إنستغرام. * فهم جيد لإدارة المشاريع أو PMO أو الاستشارات أو قطاع الإنشاءات. * القدرة على الكتابة بأسلوب إنساني مباشر، بعيد عن العبارات المكررة والمحتوى المصطنع. * عدم استخدام محتوى منسوخ أو منشورات عامة مولدة بدون تخصيص. * الاستعداد لتعديل الأسلوب بعد الملاحظات حتى يصبح قريبًا من صوتي وطريقتي
