Arabic Speaking Buyer Concierge Lead Qualifier

We are hiring an individual Arabic and English-speaking Buyer Concierge / Lead Qualifier for Million Pound Homes, a UK property business helping international buyers find prime London new-build homes. This is a B2C role handling inbound buyer enquiries from Arabic and international audiences, calling leads quickly, qualifying buyers using a structured script, updating the CRM, following up via WhatsApp/email, and booking viewings or qualification calls. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and strong in English, with a calm and premium phone manner, CRM discipline, and daily B2C customer-facing experience. Real estate, property, financial services, luxury or concierge experience is preferred. This is not an agency, team, subcontractor or closing role.
