(MUST BE ARABIC SPEAKING) We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the beauty & personal care space selling to customers across the Gulf. We're looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Support Virtual Assistant to own the full customer experience — from first message to happy delivery — over email and social media platforms. This is a full-time role. You'll be the voice of our brand to our customers. If you're warm, fast, organized, and take genuine pride in making customers feel heard — this is for you. What you'll be doing Handling all inbound customer messages on email and social media channels — order inquiries, delivery questions, complaints, and follow-ups Coordinating directly with our supplier to track orders, resolve delays, and get accurate shipping updates Proactively following up with customers to ensure they received their order and are satisfied De-escalating complaints and turning unhappy customers into loyal ones Logging issues and flagging patterns to the team (e.g. recurring delays, product complaints) Maintaining a professional, warm, on-brand tone in every message — in Saudi Arabic dialect KPIs — you'll be measured on these First response time: under 30 minutes during working hours All open conversations resolved or updated daily — no customer left waiting Customer satisfaction — complaints handled professionally, escalations minimized Supplier coordination is proactive — you chase updates before customers ask Requirements (must have) Fluent Arabic speaker — Saudi dialect strongly preferred Full-time availability — customers expect fast replies Strong written communication — warm, clear, and professional over email and social media Organized and proactive — you follow up without being told Reliable internet and smartphone access Calm under pressure — you handle frustrated customers with patience Bonus points Previous customer support experience — especially for e-commerce or DTC brands Experience coordinating with suppliers or logistics teams Familiarity with beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness products Compensation $200/month (paid weekly — $50/week) Full-time role Pay increases for consistently strong customer satisfaction and reliability Long-term role — we want someone who grows with us How to apply (read carefully — required) Applications that don't follow instructions will be ignored.
