Arabic YouTube Story-Based Video Editor (Test Project)

I am looking for a video editor who can create a compelling story from raw footage for an Arabic YouTube channel. This is NOT a simple editing job. The channel is in Arabic, the audience is Arabic-speaking, and the final video must feel natural and engaging for an Arabic audience. I have footage from a trip to Italy and I want someone who can: Watch the raw footage Identify the most interesting story Create a compelling narrative Suggest a YouTube title in Arabic Suggest a thumbnail concept in Arabic Edit the video for retention and engagement Deliver a complete YouTube-ready video Before editing, I want you to provide: The story you see in the footage The title you would use The thumbnail concept The first 30-second hook Only after the story is approved should editing begin. This is a test project. Budget: Up to $50. If the collaboration works well, there will be additional videos in the future.
