Arabic review team for a free Creative Commons stabilization-group manual

We are a small German nonprofit academy (Deep Emotional Work Academy, DEWA). We publish the Deep Emotional Stabilization Groups (DESG) implementation kit: a free Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA) manual that helps organizations run structured emotional stabilization groups in crisis and post-conflict contexts. It is a non-clinical resource: it is not therapy, treatment, or medical care, and we are careful to keep that boundary in all materials. The kit already contains an Arabic language pack (Modern Standard Arabic), translated from the controlling English text and polished, but not yet reviewed by native professionals. That is what this job is about. This is one posting with several distinct roles. Please state clearly in your proposal which role or roles you are applying for. Role A: Arabic language reviewer. Review the Arabic pack against the English original: natural, plain MSA; correct terminology; a tone that works for stressed readers; flags for right-to-left layout issues. Deliverable: structured written review comments through our online review board. Role B: Professional reviewer (physician or mental-health professional). Review the Arabic materials for safety, appropriateness, and local-context fit, especially the facilitator guidance and safety instructions. Deliverable: structured written feedback. To be clear: this is a paid professional review, and we will never present your review as a medical endorsement or certification of the material. Role C: Local dissemination and feedback liaison (later stage, only after successful Role A or B work). Share the public resource link with relevant organizations and professionals in your own network and collect structured feedback on clarity, terminology, and barriers. Strict boundaries: no collection of any personal or participant data, no representing our organization, online and professional-network channels only. How we work: Every engagement starts with a small paid pilot milestone on a defined excerpt, then we extend based on quality. Fixed-price milestones per deliverable; async collaboration with generous deadlines. Everything we publish, including your accepted contributions, is released free under CC BY-NC-SA. Named credit as a reviewer is optional and only with your agreement. This is a nonprofit project with a modest budget; it is paid professional work, not volunteering, but rates and volumes reflect the nonprofit context.
