ArchiCAD Designer - Medical & Dental Office Design (2D & 3D Renderings)

Design-Build firm seeking an experienced ArchiCAD Designer to assist with the planning and visualization of medical, dental, and healthcare facilities on the east coast of USA. The ideal candidate will have experience producing both technical and presentation-quality drawings, including 2D floor plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings. Experience with healthcare projects such as medical & dental offices is strongly preferred. This position may begin on a project-by-project basis with the opportunity for ongoing work. Responsibilities Develop 2D floor plans and space plans in ArchiCAD Create 3D models and interior/exterior renderings Produce presentation-quality graphics for clients Assist with medical and dental office test fits Incorporate equipment layouts and healthcare-specific requirements Revise plans based on client and team feedback Coordinate with our architects, project managers, and healthcare consultants Preferred Experience Medical office design Dental office design Healthcare interiors Commercial office space planning Required Skills ArchiCAD (required) 3D modeling and rendering Floor plan development Space planning Construction document drafting Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Software ArchiCAD Twinmotion Lumion Enscape Photoshop Illustrator Deliverables Typical projects may include: Medical office test fits Dental office layouts Existing-condition plans Interior renderings Client presentation packages To Apply Please provide: 1.
