The goal is to create emotional, hyper-realistic visual content for our upcoming landing page (pannoniaresort.at) and high-converting Facebook video ad campaigns targeting affluent Austrian seniors (55+). The atmosphere must look like real-world photography of a traditional, rich, overgrown, and organic "grandmother's countryside garden" (no high-tech kitsch). We provide the legally approved 2D/3D building masses, road footprints, and real-world reference photos (the 2-story timber senior center in Graz, Austria) and style guidelines from Pinterest. The final 3D visuals and textures must perfectly match and integrate with these provided photos to guarantee absolute visual harmony. You have full creative freedom to mathematically optimize the zoning, landscape ecology, and logistics (analyzing prevailing winds for animal stables, positioning 4 greenhouses, a 3,000 m² fishing pond, vineyards, fruit orchards, and a hidden 450 m² solar field). CRUCIAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE): • Software: Built natively in Archicad (version 25 or newer). Deliverable must include the native ".PLN" source file containing the complete 3D model of the 42,000 m² property. • BIMx File for Reviews: For every milestone review, you must provide the interactive ".BIMX" file to check 3D geometry and layers. • Strict 3D Modeling (No 2D lines): All elements (terrain, lake, roads, pathways) must be modeled using 3D solid tools (Meshes, Slabs, Roofs, Walls).
