AW - AI Architect (Agent Orchestration & Systems)

We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the design of complex, non-deterministic systems. We are focusing on Stateful Multi-Agent Orchestrators. We need someone who thinks in Graphs, not just Chains. You will design the topology, state schemas, and routing logic that allow multiple specialized agents to collaborate on long-running tasks. The Challenge: - System Architecture: You will design the "Supervisor" logic that routes user intent to specialized sub-agents. - State Management: You will define rigorous state schemas (TypedDict/Pydantic) to ensure data persists correctly across asynchronous workflows. - Legacy Integration: You will architect the strategy for incrementally replacing a monolithic legacy system with this new agentic architecture. Key Requirements: - Graph Frameworks: Deep production experience with LangGraph (or similar DAG-based orchestration tools). You understand cycles, recursion, and checkpointers. - Advanced Python: Mastery of Pydantic for state validation and strict typing. - Persistence: Experience designing systems where agent state is durable (Postgres/Redis) and recoverable after interruptions.
