Architect / CAD Expert Needed – Convert Plumbing Plans PDF to AutoCAD + Ongoing Project Work

We are seeking an experienced Architect, Architectural Draftsperson, or CAD Technician for an initial project with the potential for ongoing work. Initial Scope Convert existing Plumbing Plans from PDF to AutoCAD (.DWG) Apply our title block/template standards Make revisions based on markups and direction provided by a local licensed plumber Deliver clean, organized, editable AutoCAD files Future Opportunities We have a pipeline of commercial development projects and are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a reliable professional who can assist with: Architectural drafting Permit plan revisions As-built drawings Site plans Tenant improvement plans Construction document updates Strong AutoCAD experience Experience converting PDF plans into accurate DWG files Experience with commercial projects Ability to work from redlines and consultant comments Strong attention to detail Good English communication Architecture background Experience with plumbing and MEP coordination Experience with U.S. building and permitting environments Application Instructions Please provide: A brief summary of your experience.
