Architect Designer / Interior Design / Graphic Design

Ressa Design Collective is a design-forward studio merging architecture, wedding and event styling, and elevated interior experiences. We specialize in creating immersive, spatially compelling stories through visuals, styling, and digital content. We're seeking a versatile creative who thrives at the intersection of design, content creation, and aesthetics. What You’ll Do: Design and schedule visually compelling social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) Develop content using Canva, Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, and SketchUp Translate architectural and styling concepts into polished renderings, videos, and visual assets Curate the visual tone and mood of our digital platforms (Instagram grid, highlights, reels, etc.) Assist with storytelling and behind-the-scenes documentation of ongoing projects Contribute ideas for content series, reels, and editorial direction Maintain aesthetic consistency across all public-facing visuals Support visual development for mood boards, design decks, and client presentations We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has a background in architecture or interior design Understands spatial composition, lighting, materials, and mood Is highly proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp) Has experience designing or managing visually curated social feeds Has a keen eye for aesthetic styling, color theory, and materiality Can work independently but collaboratively, contributing to the brand vision Bonus: Experience with video editing or storytelling for design/wedding spaces This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who: Loves crafting visuals that feel like art Thinks in textures, tones, and light Is a detail-obsessed creative with technical fluency Understands how design and story intersect in lifestyle, events, and spatial visuals
