Summary

- Must be very experienced with US based residential construction! I need an architect or draftsman to help think of some schematic options for a small renovation. The project involves creating initial design concepts and providing creative input to enhance the space. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural design and drafting, and be able to work independently to deliver high-quality results. We are renovating an approximately 400sq ft area of our home into a primary bedroom suite with a powder room, and would like help thinking of options that fit within the existing footprint of the building envelope.
