Architect / Interior Designer Needed for Premium Rooftop Honeymoon Suite in Kodaikanal

Project Description: We are developing a premium 6-bedroom property in Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu. Interior work is currently in progress. We have identified an unused terrace space of approximately 15 ft x 15 ft above the G+1 level, with excellent views of mountains, greenery, sky, and the natural beauty of Kodaikanal. We want to convert this terrace space into a premium rooftop honeymoon suite / sky-view bedroom for young couples, honeymoon guests, and premium holiday clients. This should not look like a normal additional room or temporary shed. It should look like a boutique resort-style glass suite, designed for comfort, privacy, romance, and mountain-view experience. Important Project Conditions: Existing terrace wall/parapet is around 3 to 5 ft height No major civil construction work is preferred The structure should be lightweight and removable/dismantlable if required Bathroom provision is available and must be included in the design The suite should be suitable for Kodaikanal weather, including rain, wind, mist, and cool climate Design should be practical, safe, premium, and commercially attractive Design Vision: We want a modern, romantic, nature-inspired rooftop suite with: Large glass panels facing the mountain/nature view Attached compact premium bathroom King-size bed facing the view Warm and cozy interiors Wooden/WPC-style flooring Soft luxury lighting Sheer and blackout curtains Small private sit-out/deck area if possible Premium honeymoon room ambience Simple but elegant detachable structure Good privacy and weather protection The final concept should help us market this room as a Sky View Honeymoon Suite / Rooftop Couple Retreat. Scope of Work Required: The selected freelancer should provide: Concept design for the 15 ft x 15 ft rooftop suite(may vary) Space planning with bedroom and bathroom layout Lightweight structural concept Exterior look and elevation concept Interior design theme and mood board Suggested materials for frame, wall, roof, glass, flooring, insulation, and bathroom 2D floor plan 3D realistic renders / visualizations Lighting and décor suggestions Practical execution notes for rain protection, wind safety, waterproofing, privacy, and maintenance Preferred Style: Modern luxury, boutique resort, romantic, warm, minimal, nature-based, glass-view room, suitable for a hill-station property.
