Architect Needed for Floor Plan Redesign + 2D & 3D Renderings (Project-Based)

We're looking for a talented architect to assist with residential design projects. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for space planning, modern residential design, and high-quality architectural visualization. Scope of Work - Reviewing the existing floor plan and project requirements - Redesigning and optimizing the floor plan to improve functionality, flow, and aesthetics - Producing a clean, professional 2D floor plan - Creating realistic 3D exterior and/or interior renderings (depending on the project) - Incorporating revisions based on feedback - Delivering organized source files and final exports Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: - Has experience designing residential homes (custom homes, renovations, additions, or luxury residences) - Demonstrates excellent space planning and architectural design skills - Creates high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings - Has a strong portfolio showcasing both floor plans and renderings - Communicates clearly and meets deadlines consistently - Is comfortable working from sketches, existing plans, or project requirements deliverables Depending on the project, deliverables may include: - Redesigned floor plans - 2D architectural drawings (PDF and editable source files) - High-quality 3D renderings - Source files - Revisions as needed To Apply Please include: 1.
