Architect/Structural Engineer Needed to Review and Finalize Detached Garage Permit Plans

We are looking for a licensed architect or structural engineer to review, correct, and finalize an existing plan set for a proposed detached garage at 786 Ridge Road, Telford, PA 18969. Project details: Detached three-car garage Building size: 50 ft. × 46 ft. First floor used as garage space Second floor used only for non-habitable storage Salford Township zoning permit will be submitted separately Building permit will be reviewed by a third-party inspection agency We already have preliminary architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation layout, and perspectives. Scope of work: Review the current drawings for Pennsylvania building-code compliance Identify missing information required for permit approval Correct and complete the plans Add foundation, framing, beam, header, joist, roof, stair, and connection details as required Add applicable design criteria, loads, code references, and construction notes Coordinate the architectural and structural drawings Provide a complete permit-ready plan set Sign and seal the final drawings in Pennsylvania, if required Respond to reasonable plan-review comments from the inspector Please apply only if you have experience preparing residential accessory-building plans for Pennsylvania permits.
