Architect & Structural Engineer Needed for Permit-Ready Building Plans

I’m looking for an architect and structural engineer to make minor revisions to an existing building plan and prepare it for permit submission. Scope of Work: Review existing architectural and structural drawings. Make simple edits based on provided instructions. Ensure the plans meet permit submission requirements. Deliver updated drawings in PDF and editable format (DWG or similar). Requirements: Experience with permit-ready building plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Good communication and attention to detail. Ability to complete the task quickly. Budget: $10 (Fixed Price) This is a small revision project. If the work is completed successfully, there may be opportunities for additional projects in the future.
