Architect for Residential Design

I'm a residential builder looking for a Florida-licensed architect or architect/engineering team to partner with on multiple projects. I purchase licensed stock house plans and need them adapted into Florida permit-ready construction documents. Scope of work: -Review and adapt stock plans to meet current Florida Building Code -Prepare permit-ready architectural drawings -Coordinate/provide structural engineering and signed & sealed drawings -MEP design (preferred but not required) -Energy calculations (preferred) -Most plans will require only minor modifications before permitting. This is not a one-time project. I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can support multiple homes over the coming years.
