Architect for SketchUp Design Collaboration

Seeking an experienced architect to transform a concept design in SketchUp into a final design. The project involves close collaboration with the owner to ensure the design meets their vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and rendering, with proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD. This is a part-time role with a project duration of 2 to 4 weeks. Availability + Skilled Experience = Required DRWAINGS TO DELIVER: Corrected site plan — fix the rotation/shift/scale error so it matches the cadastral map. Floor plans — ground + first floor, fully dimensioned. Roof plan — with roof material shown. Sections — at least one cross + one length section, with eaves/ridge/total heights dimensioned. All four elevations (North, East, South, West) — redesign the West elevation: simplify the window composition and articulate the main entrance. Four principle details: eaves, ridge, [third detail – confirm with the municipality], and horizontal detail at the balcony. Material annotation — complete it, including roof and terrace/veranda. ALSO RESOLVE / ADD: Eaves height: lower to 3.5 m, or keep 4.6 m and draw it as a justified deviation. Dimension all heights per the "Method of measurement" (Art. 2), and dimension facade openings, doors, chimney and terrace/veranda. Show fire-safety compliance for the gas-pipeline zone.
