Architect

Looking for a talented Architect / Architectural Modeler to collaborate on fully remote projects. The scope of work primarily focuses on residential construction, alongside various other projects such as public buildings, kindergartens, shopping centers, parking facilities, and more. What is important for us: ✔️ 2+ years of successful experience as an Architect or Architectural Modeler. ✔️ Proficiency in Revit as the primary working tool; strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required. ✔️ English level B1 or higher (mandatory for clear communication). ✔️ Experience with international projects (especially residential construction) will be considered a strong advantage. Your key responsibilities: 🔹Developing and modeling architectural solutions for diverse projects in Revit and AutoCAD. 🔹Creation, formatting, and detailing of architectural drawings and design documentation in compliance with project stages. 🔹Processing initial data, sketches, and technical inputs for design purposes. 🔹Participating in the preparation of technical specifications for architectural solutions. 🔹Coordinating design solutions and collaborating with the team.
