Architectural CAD Drafter – Tiny Homes & Park Model Cabins (2D/3D)

Blaison Homes is looking for an experienced CAD Drafter to take our concepts and layout sketches for mini park model cabins and turn them into complete, build-ready construction drawing sets. ​This is a straightforward, remote contract role. If the first project goes well, there will be ongoing work as we roll out new layouts. What You’ll Do ​Create complete 2D construction document sets based on our layouts. ​Draft the essential details: structural framing, interior elevations, foundation/trailer integration, and basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) routing layouts. ​Make clean, fast revisions based on feedback. ​Deliver sharp, accurate, and fully annotated .DWG and PDF files for the build team. ​What We’re Looking For ​Proven experience drafting residential construction details (if you’ve done tiny homes, modular builds, or park models, that’s a huge plus). ​Expertise in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Revit, or similar industry software. ​A strong grasp of wood-frame construction and structural detailing. ​Someone who can take a concept, run with it, and deliver clean work without a ton of hand-holding. ​To Apply ​Please drop a brief note about your experience and attach 1 or 2 portfolio samples showing actual construction/framing details you've drafted.
