Architectural CAD Technician for Barn Conversion

We are looking for an experienced UK-based Architectural CAD Technician or Draftsperson to produce a complete set of scaled planning drawings for a residential farmstead conversion/redevelopment project located in Rochdale (Greater Manchester). The site consists of three residential units (a stone farmhouse conversion/extension and two stone barn conversion units) along with wider farmstead layout tweaks. We already have site photos, annotated location maps, initial layout sketches, and exact dimensional data to provide. We need an expert to translate these inputs into CAD-ready, fully compliant planning drawings suitable for formal submission and validation by the Local Planning Authority (Rochdale Borough Council). Scope of Work / Deliverables Required: - Location Plan: Scale 1:1250 with direction of north and OS red-line site boundary. - Existing & Proposed Site / Block Plans: Scale 1:200 or 1:500 showing building footprints, parking provision (4 spaces per dwelling), boundary treatments, and separation distances. - Existing & Proposed Floor Plans: Scale 1:50 or 1:100 for all 3 dwellings (showing window positions and clear room layouts). - Existing & Proposed Elevation Drawings: Scale 1:50 or 1:100 detailing natural stone/slate finishes. - Existing & Proposed Roof Plans: Scale 1:50 or 1:100. Site & Building Section Drawings: Illustrating floor-to-ceiling heights and floor levels to confirm compliance with space standards (NDSS). - Outline Drainage & SuDS Plan: Scale 1:200 or 1:500 block plan detailing an outline surface water drainage strategy (using Sustainable Drainage Systems / SuDS to achieve greenfield run-off rates) and indicating proposed private foul drainage connections (e.g., package treatment plant) compliant with Building Regulations and local policy
