Architectural, Civil & Structural Drawing Review for Texas Permit

I'm looking for an experienced Architect, Civil Engineer, or Structural Engineer to conduct a professional review of an existing drawing package before it is submitted for city permit approval. The objective is to identify any inconsistencies, coordination issues, or missing information that could delay the permit review process. This is a quick consultation intended to provide a second opinion on the overall quality and readiness of the plans. Scope of Work * Review architectural drawings for completeness and coordination. * Review structural drawings for consistency with the architectural plans. * Review civil/site drawings (where applicable). * Identify conflicts between disciplines. * Highlight missing notes, dimensions, details, or other potential permit concerns. * Provide concise written feedback and recommendations. Deliverables * A marked-up PDF or written review comments. * A summary of recommended revisions or corrections. * General feedback on the permit readiness of the drawing package. Budget Fixed Price: $10 This is intended as a short review assignment. If the collaboration goes well, there may be opportunities for additional work involving drawing revisions, permit assistance, or ongoing design support. Preferred Qualifications * Licensed or experienced Architect, Civil Engineer, or Structural Engineer. * Experience reviewing construction drawings for city permit submissions. * Familiarity with residential and/or commercial building codes. * Strong attention to detail and experience identifying drawing discrepancies.
