Architectural Concept & 3D Visualization – Hotel and Logistics Warehouse

We are looking for an architect or 3D visualization specialist to create a high-quality illustrative concept for two developments planned for adjacent plots in Cacia, Aveiro, Portugal. The objective is not to produce a detailed licensing or construction project, but to present the architectural potential and overall quality of both developments through an attractive and realistic visual proposal. The development includes: * **Hotel:** A three-storey budget hotel, following a modern B&B or Ibis-style concept. The design should include the main entrance, reception and common areas, guest-room floors, parking, landscaping and external circulation. * **Warehouse:** A modern logistics/industrial warehouse with approximately 6,500 m² and a maximum height of 12 metres. The building should have a representative front façade facing the new planned road, including the main access and administrative/office area. The south façade should include several loading and access gates, with appropriate circulation and manoeuvring areas for logistics operations. The two buildings should be presented as part of a coherent overall development, with particular attention to architectural image, road access, parking, landscaping and integration within the site. We will provide the existing architectural documentation, topographical plans and preliminary site layouts. Expected deliverables: * Refined architectural concept for both buildings; * Overall site plan showing accesses, parking and external circulation; * High-quality exterior 3D images/renderings; * Several viewpoints showing the main façades, hotel entrance, warehouse administrative frontage and southern loading area; * Source files and final high-resolution images suitable for commercial presentations. Applicants should have proven experience in architectural visualization, hotel design and/or industrial and logistics buildings.
