Project Type Premium Custom Swimming Pool and Outdoor Living Renovation Objective Create a complete architectural and construction drawing package suitable for HOA submission, municipal permitting, engineering review, and client presentation. Existing concept drawings and site photographs are attached for reference. --- ## DESIGN INTENT The project consists of constructing a premium freeform swimming pool integrated into the existing backyard landscape while preserving the existing covered patio and maintaining current drainage patterns. The design should create a seamless transition between the existing residence and the new outdoor living area while maintaining a clean, elegant, resort-style appearance. Relocate existing pavers and reuse them to create a pathway on the right side of the pool. Protect existing structures and maintain current site drainage. Architect/designer shall coordinate with structural and engineering requirements as necessary. Construction documents should be suitable for use by contractors, permitting agencies, and the homeowner. The design should reflect the standards of luxury residential outdoor living projects comparable to those produced by Presidential Pools, Cimarron Circle Construction, and California Pools.
