We are a small architectural designs team based in NYC seeking an experienced Architectural Designer / CAD Drafter to support ongoing residential and commercial projects. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. We are initially focused on 2D CAD drafting (AutoCAD), with potential growth into Revit modeling and 3D design work as the relationship develops. Our work primarily involves detailed architectural drawings submitted to NYC authorities, including permit sets and documentation with code analysis and compliance coordination. Accuracy, clarity, and attention to regulatory requirements are critical.
