Architectural Designer for Farmhouse Conversion inm Germany (Bavaria) Bayrische Bauordnung

Creative Architect / Architectural Designer Wanted – Bavarian Farmhouse Conversion I am looking for a creative architect, architectural designer, draftsperson, or architecture student to develop concept plans for the conversion of a large traditional farmhouse in Bavaria, Germany. The goal is to transform the existing building (approx. 500 m2) into 5–6 modern, high-quality apartments, including converting the large attic into an attractive living space. The design should combine contemporary architecture with the character of the original farmhouse. This is Phase 1 of the project. I am looking for creative layouts, floor plans, and design ideas—not final construction drawings or permit documents. Requirements: * Experience with residential renovations or apartment conversions * Good understanding of the Bavarian Building Code (BayBO) is highly preferred * Creative space planning and practical design solutions * Ability to work from existing plans, measurements, and photos Deliverables: * 2–3 alternative layout concepts * Floor plans for 5–6 apartments * Attic conversion proposal * Basic façade ideas (optional) * CAD drawings and/or simple 3D views Please include examples of similar work, your estimated timeline, your fixed-price proposal, and describe your experience with German or Bavarian building regulations. Successful cooperation may lead to additional work in the next planning phases.
