Summary

Architectural Residential Development Living/Dining Room I am designing a custom residence in Texas. The immediate scope is limited to the Living/Dining Room portion of the project. I have already developed substantial design intent, elevation, RFQs, furniture selections, material selections, and concept drawings. I am seeking an experienced architect to help refine, coordinate, and professionally document the Living/Dining package. The design direction has already been established and documented. The goal is refinement, coordination, technical development, and preparation for fabrication and construction documents. Please review the attached document for further explanation.
