Architectural Drafter | AutoCAD, Villas & Hospitality (Full-Time, Remote-Friendly)

Maison Bali is an architecture, interior design and bespoke-furniture studio based in Bali. We design villas, boutique hospitality and private residences around a signature "Raw Luxury" aesthetic: sculptural modernism meeting Indonesian craftsmanship. We're growing and looking for a precise, reliable Architectural Drafter to turn our designs into complete, buildable drawing sets. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years producing technical drawings for high-end residential, villa, hospitality or restaurant projects • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with excellent attention to dimensions, accuracy, coordination and drawing standards • Ability to produce complete drawing sets: floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and detailed construction drawings • Strong knowledge of interior design, materials and spatial detailing, with the ability to understand and accurately translate a complete design vision • Able to develop detailed drawings for joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, custom furniture and other interior elements • Comfortable coordinating remotely with architects, interior designers, engineers and contractors, while managing revisions and project documentation independently • Strong written and spoken English NICE TO HAVE • Able to relocate to Bali, or to visit regularly for in-person work and site coordination • Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Archicad or another BIM/3D modelling software • Knowledge of Indonesian construction methods, materials and drawing standards This position can be fully remote, though Bali-based candidates are preferred for closer collaboration with our Lead Architect. Full-time, long-term, with regular overlap on Bali time (UTC+8).
