Architectural Drafter - Revit - Commercial CD Set (4-Week Contract, 30+ hrs/week)

We need an experienced architectural drafter to help us push a five-story addition through construction documents over the next four weeks. The project: 5-story, 73,000 SF resident wing addition to an existing nursing home. The model is built and the design is settled — we need production horsepower to take the set from schematic to CD. What you'd be doing: -Enlarged plans and callouts — resident rooms, bathrooms, stairs, elevators, shafts -Building sections, wall sections, roof sections -Reflected ceiling plans -Door, window, and finish schedules -Detail sheets — wall types, head-of-wall conditions, roof details -Sheet setup and annotation What we need from you: 5+ years drafting commercial or institutional construction documents. Residential-only experience isn't a fit. Strong Revit. You'll be working in a live Autodesk Construction Cloud model alongside our team and our MEP and structural consultants. You've worked with rated assemblies, UL numbers, and life safety plans. You don't need to be a code expert; we have that in-house. You do need to know what you're drawing. Minimum 30 hours/week for four weeks, with overlap during US Eastern business hours. You can take direction from a project manager, ask questions when something doesn't make sense, and flag problems rather than draw around them. Nice to have: Healthcare or senior living experience.
