Architectural Drafting for Permit Drawings

We are a firm with many years of experience working in Snohomish County, Washington State in both unincorporated county areas as well as Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood and Everett, WA. We do all our own land use design and development as well as construction. Our workload has created a need for someone to assist with taking our preliminary layouts and floor plans and turn them into permit-ready drawings. Open to drafters with PE/RA stamps or not depending on the right fit. Must ensure that the final drawings meet all necessary building codes and regulations. Looking for someone efficient, responsive and able to meet or exceed deadlines and communicate effectively.
