Architectural Draftsperson — Architectural Documentation Set for Pickleball Court / Padel Court

We're fitting out an indoor racquet-sports venue (padel and pickleball courts) in QLD, Australia — including the courts, a café/counter area, spectator seating, toilet/amenities and on-site parking (~973m² indoor area). We already have a site plan, layout and an existing CAD file (DWG) plus renders, but they need to be properly documented into a compliant, dimensioned drawing set ready for Australian building certification sign-off. We're looking for a draftsperson or designer with hands-on Australian design and documentation experience who knows what a certifier needs to see. The existing DWG will be provided on award so you're not starting from scratch. Scope — Minimum Drawing Set Required Produce a documented, dimensioned drawing set covering: Site Plan (we have a draft — needs correct documentation) Floor Plan (courts, café/counter, seating, amenities) Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) (including ceiling fan layout) Toilet / Amenities Elevations All drawings must be: Fully dimensioned in millimetres (mm) — not inches Documented to a standard suitable for certification sign-off in Australia Compliant with the National Construction Code (NCC) We'll supply the existing site plan, renders, and any reference material on award. Must-Have Requirements Must know the NCC (National Construction Code) — Australia. Please confirm this in your proposal. Proven Australian architectural/building documentation experience (ideal: experience preparing drawings that have gone through certification) Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar) All work in metric (mm), to Australian drafting conventions To Apply In your proposal, please: Confirm your familiarity with the NCC and Australian certification requirements. Share 2–3 examples of comparable drawing sets (floor plans, RCPs, elevations). Confirm you can deliver the full set within 1 week for the fixed price of $2,000 AUD. We will not consider applications that don't reference Australian/NCC experience.
