Architectural Draftsperson / AutoCAD / SketchUp Modeler for Loft Condo Renovation (Fixed Price)

I'm looking for a detail-oriented architectural draftsperson to assist with the documentation of an ongoing residential 95 sqm loft condo renovation. This is a drafting job, not a design job. No 3D models. Only 2D drawings. An existing SketchUp model and existing-condition floor plans have already been completed. I'm looking for someone interested in continuing with the next phases of the project and, if we work well together, potentially through the final construction drawing package. Scope of This Phase: This phase is not for final construction drawings. The objective is to prepare a concept drawing package that will be used to discuss the project with contractors, cabinet makers, and suppliers and to obtain preliminary quotations. The existing dimensions are based on available drawings and have not yet been site verified, so I understand that these drawings will not be 100% dimensionally accurate at this stage. That is completely acceptable. Accuracy will be refined during the next phase after site verification. Deliverables: 1. (1) Proposed Ground Floor Plan 2. (1) Proposed Second Floor Plan 3. (1) Proposed Ground Floor Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) 4. (1) Proposed Second Floor Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) 5. (4) Proposed Kitchen Elevations 6. (4) Proposed Bathroom-A Elevations 7. (4) Proposed Bathroom-B Elevations 8. (1) Stair / Under-Stair Enclosure Elevation 9. (1) Updated SketchUp Model and .DWG files with all drawings included I will provide: 1. Existing SketchUp plans (.skp) 2. Existing floor plans in PDF 3. Hand-marked redline drawings showing proposed changes 4. Design sketches 5. Reference images for the desired design direction 6. Written notes where needed You will not be expected to design the renovation from scratch. Your role is to translate my sketches and markups into clean, organized architectural drawings in .DWG while maintaining the SketchUp model. If you identify coordination issues or have technical suggestions, they are always welcome. This leads to ongoing work up until construction, so I'm hoping to find someone interested in an ongoing collaboration in future phases.
